Will your part fit?

Equipment & capacity

Check your sheet size, thickness and tube section against our machines, then send the drawing. One-off parts and small batches are everyday work here, and we quote production runs too.

TRUMPF TruLaser 1040 · 6 kW

Sheet & plate laser

Maximum sheet
72 × 144 in 6 × 12 ft plate
Mild steel
Up to 1 in
Stainless steel
Up to 5/8 in
Aluminum
Up to 3/4 in

A TRUMPF LiftMaster Compact loads raw sheet and unloads cut parts automatically, which keeps the laser cutting between sheets. Sheet laser cutting

TRUMPF TruLaser Tube 7000 · 6 kW

Tube & profile laser

Section envelope
10 in section fits a 10 in circle
Length
Up to 20 ft
Wall
Up to 1/2 in

Cuts length, copes, holes, slots and weld prep in one operation.

The section rotates in the chuck, so its diagonal is the limit: square tube tops out at about 7 in, and 6 × 8 in rectangular sits right on the line. Send us the section and length and we’ll confirm before you commit to material. Tube laser cutting

01 / CNC MACHINING

Haas machining & turning

A Haas VF-3 vertical machining center, Haas ST-20Y and ST-35Y turning centers (both Y-axis) and a Haas bar feeder for unattended runs.

02 / MANUAL MACHINING

Lathes & knee mills

Sharp 1640LV, 3080B and 26100B lathes, plus two Haas HKM1 knee mills.

03 / FORMING & WELDING

Press brake & welding

Press brake forming and certified welders on staff, so cut parts can leave as finished components.

We cut carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Send the drawing, get a quote, and we cut the parts. For larger jobs that also have to be formed, welded or installed on site, The Henry Group’s fabrication and field service team handles the full scope.

Deburring

Remove burrs and clean up edges after cutting. Tell us how smooth the edges need to be.

Tell us which edges need attention and how the part will be handled, assembled or finished.

Bending

Form flat-cut parts into brackets, channels and other shapes to suit your assembly.

Share bend angles, radii and finished dimensions. We review material, tooling and the forming sequence before quoting.

Welding

Join cut and formed components into the assembly shown in your drawings.

Include joint details, weld requirements, critical dimensions and any inspection or documentation needs.

Powder coating

Finish your fabricated parts in the specified color and surface appearance.

Send the color, texture and service environment, plus any masking or coating specification. We confirm preparation and finish requirements with you.

What is your maximum sheet size and thickness?

Our 6 kW TRUMPF TruLaser 1040 cuts sheet and plate up to 72 × 144 in, a standard 6 × 12 ft plate. Maximum thickness is 1 in for mild steel, 5/8 in for stainless steel and 3/4 in for aluminum.

What size tube and profile can you cut?

Our 6 kW TRUMPF TruLaser Tube 7000 takes sections that fit a 10 in envelope, lengths up to 20 ft and walls up to 1/2 in. The section rotates in the chuck, so its diagonal is the limit: square tube tops out at about 7 in, and 6 × 8 in rectangular sits right on the line. Send us the section and length and we’ll confirm before you commit to material.

What materials can you cut?

Carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum, in sheet, plate, tube and profile. Tell us the grade and thickness and we’ll confirm stock with your quote.

What file format do you need?

DXF for flat parts and STEP for tube and profile parts. A dimensioned PDF print or a clear sketch also works. Email your files to sales@thehenrygroup.com or start with a project inquiry.

Do you do one-off parts or production runs?

Both. One-off parts and small batches are everyday work, and we quote production runs too. A TRUMPF LiftMaster Compact loads raw sheet and unloads cut parts automatically, which keeps the laser cutting between sheets.
