Size & thickness
Sheet and plate up to 72 × 144 inches, a standard 6 × 12 ft plate. Maximum thickness is 1 inch for mild steel, 5/8 inch for stainless steel and 3/4 inch for aluminum. A TRUMPF LiftMaster Compact loads raw sheet and unloads cut parts automatically, so short runs keep moving. See our equipment and capacity.

Need edge cleanup, bends, welds or a coated finish? Include those requirements with your drawings. Our shop offers deburring, bending, welding and powder coating alongside sheet cutting.

What should I send for a sheet metal laser cutting quote?

Yes. Include flat and formed panels, mounting plates and other component drawings in your parts package. We review the material, dimensions, forming and finish, then confirm the scope in your quote.
