Information we receive

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address and project description. Company, phone number, project location and requested timing are optional. We also receive the information and attachments you choose to send by email, such as drawings and parts lists.

Our hosting and security services process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information, request times and error records. Request protection uses a coded identifier derived from an IP address and a count of requests to help limit spam.

Please send only information needed for your project. Do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information in an inquiry.

How we use it

We use inquiry details to respond, review part requirements, prepare quotes and continue project correspondence. Technical information helps deliver the website, investigate errors and protect the inquiry form from abuse.

Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Services that process it

We use service providers to operate the site and handle inquiries:

• Netlify hosts the website and processes web requests.
• Resend delivers inquiry emails to our sales team and records delivery activity.
• Supabase stores request-protection identifiers and counts.
• Our business email service stores messages and attachments received by the sales team.
• Google measures how the site is used through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, as described below.

These services receive the information needed for their role. Service processing and storage may take place in the United States or other locations used by the providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to address fraud, abuse or a security issue.

Cookies and tracking

The public pages and inquiry form do not require an account. We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, how visitors arrive, approximate location, device and browser type, and whether an inquiry was sent. Google Analytics sets cookies, such as _ga, to recognize return visits.

We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or inquiry details to Google Analytics, and we do not use advertising pixels or advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Keeping information

Project correspondence and attachments may remain in our business email records after the initial reply. Retention depends on follow-up needs, whether an inquiry becomes an order and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Delivery logs, security records and backups also follow the relevant service providers’ retention settings.

Site connections use HTTPS. Please contact us if you have a concern about information you have sent or want to request its deletion.

Your choices and requests

You can leave optional fields blank or contact us by phone instead of using the form. To ask about, access, correct or request deletion of information you have provided, email sales@thehenrygroup.com with “Privacy request” in the subject.

Describe your request and include enough information to locate the relevant correspondence. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Available rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law; some records may need to be kept for legal or business obligations. If you disagree with our response, reply and ask us to review it.

This website is intended for business and fabrication inquiries, not for children. If you believe a child has sent personal information, contact us so we can address it.
